Finance backoffice from zero
Ali Riza Sahin, Frontend Engineer · Nov 2021 – Nov 2022
A backoffice admin panel for Getir’s internal finance operations, in Istanbul.
The problem
The finance department had no frontend engineer and needed an admin panel that could grow with its operations.
What I did
- Designed a scalable React architecture as the department’s first frontend engineer
- Lazy-loaded pages and injected Redux reducers and sagas on demand
- Integrated Lokalise and mentored an intern
Result
Page load times halved, localization 3× faster, 120+ tests.
